Why
You remember what was said. Not how.
During a conversation your attention is on the other person and the content. Afterwards you remember the topics and the outcome, but rarely how much you talked, which questions you asked, or the moment you started giving advice.
A recording holds all of that. DialogueScan makes it visible: how talk time was shared, what kinds of questions were asked, when inquiry turned into advice, whether you summarized, and where the silences and interruptions fell.
Who it's for
For anyone who leads conversations that matter
The report is always for one person: you. It looks at how you led the conversation, and also at how the others in it spoke, so you understand the whole exchange. What you share with them is up to you.
Coaches

For coaches → Pilot: ScaleUpNationBoard members
Non-executive directors of high-growth ventures. Feedback on how you coach and challenge your CEO, and insight into how your CEO talks in those conversations.
For board members →For now, DialogueScan analyses conversations with up to three people, you included. Recordings can be in English or Dutch.
How it works
From recording to report in two weeks
-
Everyone agrees
Each person in the conversation signs a consent form. No consent, no recording.
-
You record
With any recorder, like your phone. Then you upload the file through a private link.
-
It is analysed
Transcribed and analysed on my own computer, against fixed, written criteria.
-
You get your report
Within two weeks. I review every report before it reaches you.
What you get
A written report about one real conversation
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| The numbers | Talk time per person, question types, advice-giving, summarizing, silences and overlaps. |
| The review | What these patterns mean, measured against fixed criteria, with moments from the transcript as examples. |
| The other side | How the other people in the conversation spoke, so you can see the exchange as a whole. |
| Next steps | What to try in your next conversation, and suggestions for sharing the findings with the others, if you want to. |
Your recording
By default, it never leaves one computer
Transcription and analysis run on my own computer. Your audio is not uploaded to any online service. Two extras are optional, and only used if everyone in the conversation says yes: a more detailed analysis with Claude, an AI model, and keeping the transcript so later conversations can be compared.
