For coaches

Feedback on your coaching, from a real session.

For coaches of individuals, couples and business partners. DialogueScan reviews a recording of one of your sessions against the ICF core competencies and the approach you trained in.

What you'll learn about your session

  • How talk time was shared between you and your client, or between the partners.
  • Which kinds of questions you asked, and which ones opened up the conversation.
  • When you moved from inquiry to advice, and whether you noticed.
  • How often you summarized or reflected back what you heard.
  • How your clients spoke: to each other, about each other, as "I", "you" or "we".

The report is for you. You decide whether and how to share any of it with your clients.

Criteria from the frameworks you work with

The criteria are linked to the ICF core competencies, and to programs accredited by ICF such as CTI and ORSC. If you work with another approach and would like it included, tell me in your application.

That makes the report especially useful when you are preparing recorded sessions for review, for example in a certification program or for a credential: you see how a session reads against the competencies before an assessor does.

What we look at

Which sessions fit

  • Up to three people in the session: you and one client, or you and a couple or two business partners.
  • In English or Dutch.
  • In person or online. A recorder that saves only to your own device keeps the recording out of the cloud.
  • Every person in the session signs a consent form first.

Team sessions with more people are not part of the service yet.

Pilot

Open to ORSC trainees

The coaching pilot is open to participants in CRR Global's ORSC certification program. I review every application. If you're accepted, your first analysis is free and includes a debrief call.
